What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancelation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability.

Are You Pet Friendly?

We love our fur clients! We understand that not all pets will be comfortable with someone new in their home. Please let us know how we can make your pet more comfortable and provide any special instructions for their care while we are present. If your pet is not friendly with new people we ask that they be away from our staff member for the duration of the clean.

How Can I Prepare My Home For a Clean?

To maximize a clean we recommend that our clients tidy up prior to a clean. We ask that toys, household items, clothing or anything else that may be laying around or in the way be tidied. It is easier for us to deep clean counters if they are clear of clutter.
