FAQ'S

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. For client's scheduled for bi-weekly cleans, your clean will continue on the pre-arranged rotation cycle when you return. 

Do you require a deposit?
We only require a 50% deposit for move out cleans. The remainder of the amount owing will be invoiced after the scheduled clean.



What is the difference between a residential clean and a deep clean?

Residential cleans are generally 3 hours in length, and involve cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting and taking out garbages. Deep cleans are generally 3-5 hours in length and include the areas within the home that are not generally cleaned on a regular basis. This includes cleaning the oven, fridge, inside of cupboards, floorboards, blinds, and window tracks. 

 

Are You Pet Friendly?
We love our fur clients! We understand that not all pets will be comfortable with someone new in their home. Please let us know how we can make your pet more comfortable and provide any special instructions for their care while we are present. If your pet is not friendly with new people we ask that they be away from our staff member for the duration of the clean.
